Privacy Policy
Vandorix S.A.C., with Tax ID (RUC) 20612983457 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, 8th Floor, San Isidro, Lima, is the controller of the personal data collected through vandorix.com, in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Act) and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect the following data when you complete our forms or browse the site: full name, email address, optional tax ID (RUC), IP address, device identifier, pages visited, date and time of the visit and cookie preferences.
2. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to send you our financial literacy newsletter, schedule sessions with accredited advisors, generate anonymous usage statistics, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD).
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the prior, express, free and informed consent you give by checking the acceptance box, as well as on the fulfillment of legal tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
4. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as strictly necessary for the stated purpose and, in any case, for a maximum of five (5) years from the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
5. Transfers and processors
We may transfer your data to technology providers located in the European Union and the United States (cloud storage, email delivery, analytics). All processors have signed agreements compliant with articles 26 and 27 of the Regulation of Law No. 29733.
6. ARCO rights and portability
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and withdrawal of consent at any time, as well as request the portability and limitation of processing, by writing to privacidad@vandorix.com or to our office in San Isidro.
7. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures in line with the Information Security Directive No. 01-2020-JUS/DGTAIPD, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and annual audits.
