These Terms govern access to and use of the site vandorix.com and the digital services offered by Vandorix S.A.C. under Peruvian law. By using the site you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted this document.
1. Identification of the owner
Vandorix S.A.C., Tax ID (RUC) 20612983457, registered under Entry No. 14587923 of the Lima Registry Office — SUNARP, with registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, 8th Floor, San Isidro, Lima 15046.
2. Object of the service
Vandorix offers financial literacy content, simulators and guidance sessions with accredited specialists. It does not constitute investment advice nor financial intermediation regulated by the SBS or the SMV.
3. Registration and user obligations
The user agrees to provide truthful information, keep their data up to date, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and use the platform exclusively for legal purposes and in accordance with good commercial practices.
4. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, simulators and materials on the site are owned by Vandorix S.A.C. or used under license. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability
Vandorix does not guarantee specific financial results. Decisions derived from the use of the tools are the sole responsibility of the user. We are not liable for technical interruptions not attributable to us, nor for third-party content linked from the site.
6. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or cancel access to the platform if we detect fraudulent use, identity theft, breach of these Terms or upon request of a competent authority.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Lima, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
